On the coin, the horse appears to be galloping through a rocky and mountainous landscape. The sky is full of clouds and in written in them you can see the Chinese character for "Year of the Horse”. The front of the Lunar Horse shows the official portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. In addition, this side of the coin also holds information about the weight and fineness of the gold.
