Pick-up in Amsterdam with Click & Collect

Want to pick up your online order in person? Follow these 3 steps:

Step 1 - Place your order directly in our webshop and choose Click & Collect.

Step 2 - Wait to receive notification that your order is ready for collection.

Step 3 - Pick up your order in our store free of charge. Please bring your valid ID (passport, Dutch driver's license or ID card) and your proof of payment with you.


PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to have someone else pick up the order on your behalf. When your order is ready, it need to be picked up within the next 14 days.

 

Delivery times

Our products come from different renowned smelters. The delivery times are indicative and are dependent on the smelter. Delivery times may differ per product. You can view expected delivery times on the individual product pages. If the products are in stock, we will prepare to them for collection within 48 hours of receiving your payment on business days.

Please note that your order will not be available for collection until it is complete. When ordering products with and without a delivery time, the longest delivery time is leading. It is not possible to pick up your order in parts.
